Szép apartman, remek helyen. Positive: Nagyon szép apartman, jó helyen. Külön jó, hogy vannak óriási szekrények, amiben el lehet zárni a bőröndöket, miután kicsekkoltál. Így az utolsó napon is lehet jönni menni csomagok nélkül. Ez nekünk nagy segítség volt. Negative: Amikor érkezel, 200 euro depositot kérnek. Ezzel semmi gond. Egy hétre teszik rá. Mi 5 napot voltunk a szálláson. Ahogy eljöttünk, másnap néztem a számlám és megláttam, hogy még 200 euró depositot tettek rá. Mivel a szállást úgy hagytuk el, hogy kárt nem tettünk semmiben, azonnal írtam nekik, hogy vegyék le. Ez azonban nem történt meg. Az eredeti deposit másnap lejárt ( magától, ezt sem ők vették le) az új viszont még 1 hétig foglalta a pénzem. Bevallom ez nagyon nem tetszett, többször is jeleztem, vissza is írtak, de semmi nem történt. 1 hét után lekerült a zárolás, de emiatt maradt bennem rossz érzés. Ezen kívül rosszat nem tudok mondani.

Large space in lovely location Positive: Nice large space close to the center of Paris. Lovely little park just up the way and great restaurants and shops around. Comfortable beds and nice to have a washer in Paris. AC during the heatwave was a huge plus! The Eiffel Tower is viewable from the entrance which was a fun surprise. Negative: It only has one toilet, but two showers, which was probably a misread on my part as I expected two toilets.

Positive: Bellissimo appartamento a piano terra nel 17 arrondissement, molto pulito, corrispondente alle foto dell' host, con letti molto comodi compreso il divano letto. Ha due televisori di cui uno grandissimo, climatizzata in una delle stanze e nella stanza da pranzo con divano letto, mentre l' altra camera ha un ventilatore. Molto comodi e utili i due bagni con 2 docce e 2 lavabi. Arredamento moderno, nuovo e molto grazioso. A pochi minuti sono presenti boulangerie, supermercati e stazione metro e autobus . Negative: Ci vorrebbero un po' più attrezzature per la cucina e per la pulizia della casa. Purtroppo il piccolo patio esterno era pieno di mozziconi di sigarette che hanno bucato anche le sedie da giardino, non da imputare alla struttura ma alla maleducazione di coloro che abitano nell' edificio adiacente e usano il patio come un posacenere!

Average Positive: The shared living area was nice and comfortable. Staff was friendly. Negative: 4 coffee capsules were provided for 4 guests, and extra capsules were delivered very late. Coffee machine makes very little amount of coffee. There was no dishwasher, and the dishwashing liquid provided was insufficient and not very effective. The shower cabin also had a noticeable amount of hair, which was unpleasant. We were initially informed that airport transfer would be available, but later told that no transfer service was provided, which was disappointing.
