Positive: Excelente local. Ar condicionado, que nos ajudou bastante no calor. Chuveiros bons. Utensilios da cozinha bons também. Senti falta de um forno elétrico, mas nada que tenha comprometido a hospedagem. Negative: A localização não foi a das melhores, pois estava sempree longe de tudo e a estação de metro mais proxima era pequena e sempre tinhámos que fazer baldeação, mas dentro do custo-benefício acho que foi ótimo.

We were shocked to find that one of the main bedrooms and a bathroom were located in a windowless basement (souplex) with zero natural daylight or ventilation. Sleeping underground with no natural light was deeply uncomfortable and completely undisclosed in the listing when we booked. Furthermore, the apartment features steep internal stairs with no child safety gates, making it unsafe for families traveling with young children, despite being advertised as family-friendly accommodation. When we raised these issues, the host refused to take responsibility, forcing us to escalate the matter to Booking.com customer support to receive compensation for non-conformity. Photos do not replace honest text descriptions. Be very careful before booking if you expect natural light or are traveling with small children.

Positive: The lower floor with bedroom and bathroom was spacious. Airconditioning worked well. We liked having 2 bathrooms for a family of 4. Lots of places to eat close by and close to public transport. Negative: It was very crammed with the sofa bed open. There was no room to move around the top floor with the luggage and furniture in such a small area. The shower downstairs was over a bathtub with no shower screen or curtain, so water went everywhere. No toiletries or even hand soap supplied.
