We had a great stay! The location was great! Room was clean and had everything we needed. The staff responded quickly an Positive: The location is incredible! Negative: Nothing.

Bien pour l’appartement mais désagréable pour le reste Positive: La localisation était parfaite dans un quartier sécuritaire et agréable. À deux pas du métro, les déplacements étaient faciles. Negative: L’isolation des lieux est très déficiente. Les murs très minces laissent entendre tous les bruits des voisins et le pire, impossible de fermer les portes des appartements et de l’immeuble sans avoir à claquer. Pas intéressant lorsque les voisins rentrent tard ou partent tôt le matin. De plus la communication avec les responsables extrêmement difficile. Pas d’accès direct on doit laisser message sans jamais avoir de retour. On laisse des messages via Booking et on répond 24 heures plus tard, ça c’est quand on répond. On a prélevé deux fois le dépôt de garantie sur ma carte bancaire et j’ai dû prouver aux responsables ce fait pour me faire rembourser. Bref, c’est dommage car c’est vraiment un bel endroit mais la communication difficile a rendu mon séjour désagréable.
