Positive: It's a good apartment. If you're staying during the colder months, there is a heater in the room and towel dryer in the bathroom. The window overlooked the courtyard and it was very peaceful in the mornings. The neighborhood is great, many local shops with a true Parisian vibe. Not too many tourists. We'll connected to the center of town by metro. The deposit was returned within a few days. Negative: There was no washing machine. Also, the deposit of 200 eur was charged on the card before arrival and you have to enter your card details into some sort of private program, which basically bypasses Booking.com. So, it doesn't feel very safe. I have to say that since the deposit is so large, that I expected the place to be perfect. Instead, I kept finding things that were damaged by the previous guests, like cooking pans with damaged coating, scratches on the walls, spots on the wooden table... Given that you don't always notice these things until you use them, it felt like I needed to be a detective to find all the damaged things, in order to avoid being charged for them.

Schöner Kurztripp nach Paris Positive: Schönes kleines Zimmer , direkt unterm Dach, für unsere Zwecke völlig ausreichend, super Verkehrsanbindung, Metro sowie Bus direkt an der Unterkunft, viele Restaurants, kleine Läden für den täglichen Bedarf , Arc de Triumph sogar zu Fuß erreichbar Negative: Folie auf der Matratze sicherlich gut gemeint hat aber das Schlaferlebnis sehr eingeschränkt

Positive: Petit studio très confortable, bien équipé, extrêmement propre. Très calme, et plutôt bien situé. Conciergerie attentive et réactive aux demandes. Je recommande et reviendrai avec plaisir pour lez déplacements professionnels sur Paris.
